I'm Yentl! I wasn't always living the healthy life. I had acne, hated my body, and was trying anything to change my body and how I felt. Today I just eat healthy, integrate exercise into my everyday life whenever I can. I learned to love my body and take care of it because it's the only one I have. Some days are harder than others but on those days I know I need to take extra care of my body and do things for me. I have made these changes and I'm feeling better than ever.
I love to make people feel their best. On the outside and on the inside. In doing that I have found that I had to change some things in my life and I have and found that I feel even better than before.
I love to do yoga, cook, read, and listen to music whenever possible. I'm always open to learning something new. Constantly reading nutrition or self love books to get everyones point of view on how to feel your best in all aspects. I do believe health is a lifestyle and not just a diet.
During my training, I learned about over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Using these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
